Hard to argue with some of your points in terms of what's gone...

Hard to argue with some of your points in terms of what's gone on in the past, but as a new shareholder I think the risk vs reward play here is compelling (especially after looking at some of the recent corporate activity).

At 30 June the then board owned a tiny 1.3% of the company (2.8m shares). Since then:

• Basset gone as a director (representing 100,000 shares).
• New director appointed (Bolton, Keybridge) - controls 28.6m shares
• New director (Patton, Aurora) appointed -controls 26.3m shares.
• Both have increased their holdings in YOW since 30 June (one even offering a take over at 9c a share in the past - they see value).

Seems like the large Shareholders have finally had enough and started to clean house - at least the board now has some skin in the game.

I'm keen to see how this plays out as to me the current price seems like a bit of a free kick even for small holders (not even cash value). Also if nothing happens and things stay as is, they produce $4.2m in free cash each year based on the past three quarterly's.
