I think there appears to be a battle over ownership of the business with a potential party who allegedly have a history of doing takeovers of companies with high cash reserves. Not my opinion or allegation, but summarising what others have been writing in previous posts. Also characterised by the business having gone through a sustained period of underperformance with inefficient cost expenditure.
