Lots to like here (and also some hidden value which could explain the previous M&A interest and current large players increasing holdings)
- Current EV a tiny $1.5m AUD (thanks to $7m AUD cash and zero debt)
- FY20 total assets $16.1m USD (no goodwill)
- Unrecognised tax losses of $7.5m USD
- Positive operating cashflow over the past 6 month ($1.7m AUD) thanks to a deal with America's largest retailer.
- New launch expected this quarter.
- Only 218m shares with top 20 holding 62%
- Previous takeover bid at 9c rejected (Aurora still hold 12% of the company).
Will be interesting to see what plays out over the next few months.
