    If I may refer you to WoodMac report, in particular p13

    3.0Mt/a of new mine capacity required by 2021 with "probable" mines only able to provide 2.0Mt/a leaving a balance of 1.0Mt/a or to put it simple 5 new Citronen size mines up and operating by 2021.

    You must also consider the falling headgrades, where Citronen at circa 5% is the new norm.

    And finally you must surely be aware of the Chinese authorities massive environmental crack down on polluting mines smelters etc hence why Chinese output has fallen considerably and resulted in record cons imports.
