Good article djr67 however the statement that follows should've clarified the main reasons for the delay, which was the granting of the ML December 2016. From memory the process took close to 2yrs preceding a decades low of POZ due to the GFC.
"However, the company has held the project for at least 10 years, and the NFC agreement was entered into about 6 years ago. This suggests that there are one or more issues that stymie development."
