I took the liberty of removing GXN and replaced it with OVR since the last posting

Price initially accelerated higher on Monday, but closed poorly by the end of day.
This bar may infer weakness, however the weakness would only be confirmed with a decent downbar in response.
As price is in an upward trend, a bar of this type may also be considered to be 'in the wrong place' (especially if there is no confirmation of weakness), and may take the form of an absorption bar, which also serves a dual purpose to flip out some of the short term and momentum traders - who will often sell too early into a markup of price, thwarting upside progress.
