Could not open the link given. I however did get alot of information another way. Short of 3 years study as a corporations lawyer I felt out of my depth. It would appear that ASX compliance duristriction in relation to listed entities is defined by ASX listing rules. All other matters are apparently govened by the Corporations Act which is administered by ASIC.(or thats my understanding).

My current complaint is not ROCKET SCIENCE I am just trying to get them to enforce their listing rules. I feel sure with time (4 weeks to reply )they will eventually beat me , as events will overtake objections.
