The only thing I can see in all those bye-laws is in
43.4 A Member who holds restricted securities shall not be entitled to vote on any resolution , wheather on a show of hands or apoll, in respect of those restricted securities during:
(a) a breach of ASX listing rules relating to those restricted securities;or
(b) a breach of a Restriction Agreement
__________________________________________________________ Two things here what is the definition of a restricted security is this a general share? or in the case of Genorah any of their shares? If as I claim they are in breach of ASX listing rule17.2. and If the answer is yes to the above questions, then the AGM is invalid
