I disagree that NKP has complied with the first 2 requirements. That was for the Trading Halt which was to last a maximum of 2 days. We can't assume the suspension is just an extension of the TH because more time is needed to sign off a deal. Chances are that would have happened by now.

IMO it is quite likely the next ASX announcement will be an admission of another legal challenge or a notice of the loss of one of the farms.
