I aggree with you. There is no way it should happen at a good price! That is my point.
I always thought Genorah was calling the shots, so was shocked to see them in a position to be sold off, unless something else was at play. I was just hyothesising that G was up to something dodgy, as they were in chanrge and I could not believe they would get themselves into a position to be forced to sell 50-100 million shares at less than 5 cents! Still find it very hard to believe. It does not make sense to me (yet)

An indication of something planned with a buyer already linned up would be what price they get for the parcel being sold as distressed. If under 5, then just could not pay their bills, but if well over 5, then possibly something else at play.

But as someone pointed out, there could be more than one bidder for the parcel, which makes my speculation harder to prove.

but who is the hold up in this deal is it JV partners, anglo or is it Genorah?
