Agree manjapra, it makes no sense to me why DRA would invest so heavily in NKWE if they had not done their DD and with such indepth knowledge having done the DFS it does not seem feasible that there would be any wool left to pull over!!!
So we have a major shareholder who has been forced to sell shares and for some unbelievable reason has not engaged with NKWE to disclose this requirement??? THis is the part that worries me, esp. considering Maredi is one of their Directors?? So NKWE must have known and if so then there may be grounds for action against Maredi.
Will now wait for PL's response and any further information we get will hopefully illuminate what the heel these guys are doing????
