ASX

Late yesterday CFO Scott Li advised me that the company had been called up by the ASX to answer an number of questions not adequately answered at the EGM.

Apparently the meeting is scheduled for Monday.

Lets hope that the ASX finally applies some pressure on the company. To date they have hidden behind legal advice implying:

" we know nothing".
" we are innocent of any wrong doing".
" we need to look into it".

So much for transparency and looking after shareholder interest.

Do your job ASX!
