If Zijin do buy shares and do not provide a 'substantial shareholder' notice do you think ASX is really going to do anything ?.. all evidence says ASX is useless. Just collect listing fees and then do nothing else. ASIC are also a joke. Lazy, useless public servants (which is a misnomer as really they just serve themselves).
