Whenever you see someone dropping an uneconomical parcel of shares on the market a few minutes before close, dropping the price, it's called "painting the chart".

Candlestick and OHLC charts, which technical traders use, don't care about volume, just the closing price.
And no - it wasn't me. Haven't got any to sell.

As for the muppets that are sticking large parcels on for a few minutes, miles away from the buy/sell line, and then removing them - who cares. They didn't achieve anything. They never do.
