I wonder if the board’s recommendations for the founders to sell a small portion of their holdings is to create greater liquidity of PME’s outstanding shares and therefore may qualify for the ASX100 when the next rebalance occurs.
Thoughts? I am clearly not an expert in this space, but the market cap alone clearly justifies inclusion. It’s only the liquidity that is lacking.
