    Finally a bit of good news. SEA will be promoted to the ASX200 at the close of business on 1 May (when FOX comes out). According to a large broker that i speak to, there will be passive buying of an estimated 24m shares for tracker funds get up to weight in the name. Obviously a few getting started this morning!
