    Index inclusion is based on a complicated formula. Previous 6 months price, liquidity, the extent of institutional investors in the stock etc..

    Comparing market cap with others currently in the index will give a reasonable estimate (upwards of $280m). I wouldn't bank on it though, given the calculation is influenced by historical (6 months) not current price.
