Not all, but some is better than none. Here is an extract from our friends at Blackrock taken from the PDS of their ASX 200 ETF IOZ.

"3.2 Investment strategy

The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by tracking the performance of the S&P/ASX 200 Total Return Index (referred to in this section 3 of the PDS as the Index).
We believe that a full replication investment strategy is the most appropriate investment strategy to track the performance of the Index as risk relative to the Index is minimised. Our full-replication approach normally aims to purchase every security in the Index, while considering transaction costs."

Yes but anyone holding PLS recently can't be that silly....

Speaking of recent times, I think your assessment of the EV and battery revolution is accurate, which is not surprising given I am a holder and hence likely to also have similar thoughts. EV will kill the ICE, and quickly, and I will have to hang onto my V8 forever (at least petrol will be cheap if no one else is using it). So given that, and all the recent talk on the PLS chart thread, did PLS not become of interest from a charting/trading point of view once it broke through resistance at 60c? I guess I am curious of what your opinion of the PLS chart is, if you would like to comment.
