Seems plausible. I also believe STO will reduce in Phoenix, but when? Before any heavy lifting capex for sure.
Seems to me getting 20% off STO is likey to be cleaner and simpler for a major than an attempt at taking over CVN, with SH valuation expectations for the other assets, that might not appeal.
