Agree - as the purchase date was 1 Jan 2018. I think STO management will be rushing to have these 4 permits properly recognized on their balance sheet, so their auditor can vouch for the Goodwill purchased.
Otherwise, the auditor will compel them to impaire some of the goodwill purchased, which will not be good for their shareholders.
