Pollies clinging to "science" is akin to flies on $hit... any old turd that fits their narrative/policy will do, viz. Astra-anytime, or not, or whatever time-frame the PM pulls out of his axx.
Change the money, eg. lab channeled to RDT, and Presto! the science, experts and all, changes to RDT.
The TGA's role is the deal-maker or deal-breaker, and that's the thing to watch. Perhaps ADO management had the CR, with its fully funded expanded plant production, in anticipation of TGA approval...
