the costs involve everything processing, court appeals

judges, payment to other countries to try and trace the bona fides of the illegal entrants, then miles the catering costs could be a bit high as well because of you do gooders ,so we might have to feed them a special diet for not to would infringe on their RIGHTS.

WHAT FUKING RIGHTS

Now the criminals in jail do not have lawyers fighting for every right ,they do not need overseas searches for documentation they eat what they are given and they cost less because the do gooders spend less time and the time of the government worrying about them than they do about the other criminals that try to enter a country illegally.
