    Which is wrong?
    a) The cost of getting to Australia.
    b) My estimate of the time required
    c) The quantum of the benefits.

    I am happy to quibble with you about quantums but the shape of the rort is obvious.
    Get to Australia by boat with the right story and you qualify for a lifetime of benefits. Its a great deal.
