My mind is very clear but yours maybe hazy,kippa. If you had read my post properly you would have realised that the information I provided was extracted from the same Government site. Maybe your post, which puports to bring to my attention a site that I have already mentioned in MY earlier post, was intended for some other poster. Or maybe you either didn't read my post properly, didn't read it at all, or...well I leave that other posters to decide.
