maybe what the indonesians claim is true - maybe or maybe not - most likely the point in question - was whether or not warning shots were fired. nevertheless, the damage is minor, and no more than a bit of collateral damage.
ok - a good excuse always is that "they tried to escape" or "we shot in self defense" blah blah
