there is no doubt, that the landlord, will have the rent guaranteed - so that would put the as's in a better position, than dodgy tenants - to get a rental property - but that still puts pressure on the rental market.

with the rent paid for, then this is money for jam.
from memory, when howard had the tpv's - there was no centrelink payments - and accommodation had to be provided by interested persons (could be wrong though)
