Eagle , you only have to look at some of the ex-employed, now unemployed living in dog boxes literally trying to get any job in Toyko. I think ABC had a few documentaries about it or SBS.
They would be better off in Africa but they are middle age and the connections and language probably prevent them.
Japan know they have a problem when they pay Brazilians and other immigrants to go back to their homeland after initially they tried to attract them with family connections and what not.
If the Japanese are doing it why aren't we???
We can't pay them too much so as to stop the boats though!!
