Maybe these people need to be treated like an Australian citizen would be should they place their child in danger!
Face a court and be fined and face immediate deportation regardless...any of these fools that have taken a heavily pregnant woman onto a leaky boat, or a child onto a leaky boat that may or may not survive the journey should be made responsible for their actions. If the child is sick they are just lucky that Australia does and will treat that child for the illness.
It is not any Australian's fault that these economic refugees trying to break into this country through the back door have landed on their ass...
