Asylum Seekers

Surely it's time to start identifying "asylum seekers" as "economic refugees".

Someone fleeing war, violence, torture, oppression etc would go ANYWHERE they were safe. But seems most "asylum seekers" past through an abundance of safe countries in their quest to reach Australia. If you first arrive in Indonesia then seek asylum there, but if you decide to then pay a people smuggler thousands of dollars then don't pretend to be an "asylum seeker".

Don't get me wrong I'd want to live here too if I was from say the Middle East with its barbaric environments, but then that would make me an "economic refugee" If I past through Turkey and then Indonesia.
