Whther it ends up being less or more than $1 remains to be seen but management have a lot of skin in the game with top brass taking $500k in the recent raising is a strong signal here so I expect/hope they will get a good deal when the time comes. This is what they should be good at after all, getting good deals for clients and of course themselves.
So far they have grown the company reasonably well and from what I have seen have done a fairly good job. They are looking to expand fairly rapidly so risk of execution is now high. That’s the bet here, grow much quicker but maintain the high margins/selective projects.
New appointments seem to Be the right people for the job and I see it as a counter cyclical investment in the event of a downturn they will Be even busier than they would otherwise Be.
