As fa as I know Vietnam's bauxite potential resource is app. 3.5 to 5.3 billion tonnes, but is anyone who knows
Windummura's vanidium one?

Thought for today's closing;

1. genuine accumulating by someone (Noble ?)
2. speculator's intentional impact buying to sell
at higher price later on
3. insiders buying with undisclosed information

It will be clear as time goes by.
