At current share price, does this offer unitholders 9%...

At current share price, does this offer unitholders 9% distribution? if so, WOW what a bargain......and add'l potential opening in coming months, this should see upside to $1.50 at least I would have thought....$2.00 when they confirm traffic volumes in 12 months time i reckon.

Plenty of upside with this one at the moment.
