I think sonlite is pretty much up to date, if you look at our aussie announcement on 14-3, it said we were currently drilling at 13800ft, then the sonlite report on 14-3 (US time) said 14032ft. pretty close given the difference in time zones and a little extra drilling time for the US.
only my opinion but Sonlite would be pretty useless if it was 'days' behind.
