VRE will just deter even more from the speculation end I am afraid.
NGF which I own, took a hammering because of increased cash costs.
All round bad vibes atm.
Unless they are proving profit not doing too great.
Not sure what the POG needs to reach for it to be smooth sailing to be honest.
