$150k would probably be the median, not the average. May be even higher. Then you have the FIFO costs, etc, etc. Food onsite nowadays is really good or staff would revolt. Flights! Some rosters are 5 on 2 off (days), some 7 on 7 off, or 5-3-4-2. Varies a lot. When I started in exploration I was 3 on 1 off (and that was months, before it became weeks some years later).
