I think you'll find that $150k is where it starts to top out. $50/hr is about where it ends for the majority of operators. 12h days 7/7 roster = $110k. Those who get multi skilled can get more, but, in general it tops out around $80/hr unless it's really specialised, draglines, etc. Same deal for fitters and boilies. I'd say that those criminal union construction sites in the city get more nowadays... same could be said for stop/go operators... they get paid a fortune considering their skillset ....While the money is still good it's not the 3-4x that it used to be... the socialists disincentives are working against the working class... as always... toxic turds who steal from the poor and keep it for themselves.....That being said, mine sites are short operators in quite a few places, as to be expected when people are incentivised to live in the city and nizzle on the socialists teeth. Why work when welfare is so high and other jobs pay well enough to make up for not working away from home.
