Alternate Board of Directors.

At 6 am this morning, the following correspondence was transmitted to the board of directors of Central Petroleum Limited in Brisbane and the CPSA in Perth.

• Letter to the board of directors

• Copies of consent to act as directors (Originals retained)

• Letter to CPSA

• Letter to shareholders.

• Curriculum vitae of each person

Originals having being sent by express post, should reach each destination today the 8^th May around midday.

The substance of the correspondence (which is duplicated below) being to inform the current board of directors that Mr Allan Beasley, Mr Maki Petkovski and Mr John Heugh, have signed consents to act as a directors of CTP to fill the vacancies created once the current board resigns in accordance with corporate convention and publically stated intentions when the no vote is successful on 5 June 2017.

The media has also been notified.

We have requested that the CPSA transmit a copy of the above material (excluding Consent to act) to all shareholders.
