But again let me say, and I am sure I am not breaking any confidences by saying this.

JH was constrained by the old board ( pre Cottee days).

I accept that he has a "robust manner" and that may well have come across in any negotiations, the problem as I am informed was that he did as he was instructed by the board, in relation to " CTP's exploration and farmout strategy

Do you really think I would ask for the removal back in 2012 of the other 3 directors and NOT ask for the removal of JH if I was of the opinion that he was bad for the company.

But his gigantic experience and inside knowledge that he had at the time and would very soon get on top of, MUST be a major benefit to CTP.

This is critical period of time and we need a board on board (pun intended) to give us what we want NOT what RC wants .
