What Richard Cottee actually said at the Sydney meeting was this, I asked the questions and I have transcribed the questions and responses from the audio.
It can be heard at 59 Min and 11 sec of the recording.
Bob “What will you do if the no vote gets up ? What will the board do ?
RC “I would think the company would need a new direction”.
Me Direction or directors
RC Both.
Further in the meeting Mr Cottee also said words to the effect
"No need for s249D notice that wont be necessary"
I will locate and release shortly along with the time stamp of the comments.
I would also ask people to send their support ( an how many shares) by way of an email to [email protected] so that we (Alternate Directors) may keep people informed.
