On the 20th June 2012- TON announced the terms for the DD. The allocated period for the due diligence (DD) is 4 months from that date (20/6/12). Judging by that statement, the deadline for the DD should be 20th October 2012.
However the most recent update has confirmed that the "due diligence review (DD) will be completed in the near term, WELL BEFORE THE EXPIRY of the allocated period allowed under the Term Sheet."
The phrase "near term" is quite vague. It could be 2-3 weeks from now and still be "well before the expiry".
Just making an observation.
