at last...a rational response

Good 'ol Simon, better late than never.
A detailed, rational and straight forward explanation of the dispute.
Once again the media have made a mountain out of a mole hill and provided canny investors with an opportunity to buy at bargain basement prices at the expense of the small investor, usually Mums and Dads and cab drivers.
Hopefully we will see some sense prevail tomorrow.
I like the bit where it says oil production will start in following days.....
