But noone has been prepared to give a thoughtful response to the following - maybe the language is too verbose, heh?

"The Mauritania Government is asserting that the supplementary agreements are not valid, based on alleged deficiencies in the administrative
procedures of the Mauritanian Government."

What sort of confidence about Mauritanian project political risk does it give you when the Mauritanian Government can allege that some "agreements are not valid" with it because of "alleged deficiencies in the administrative procedures of the Mauritanian Government"?
