You are right IMO. TSX listing could be a nightmare for us. So I am against to Res.7 like others.

I was just re-reading your old post now (Post #: 6576044 on 9 Apr.) You were explaining the dangers of TSX listing to us as an experienced person on those markets. Thanks for that.

Peter Walker, the ex CEO from Scandinavian Minerals, I think the fund he said "No" for private share placement was Sprott Investment!

And I think our IS guy is also in contact with Sprott and he is trying to place our shares "privately" to them.

These guys have now hit to a bit hard rocks (us!) here in Australia. We will not let them to sell our shares at cheap prices and will sack them out,.. I hope.
