What you're saying doesn't make an iota of sense.
This isn't a question of opinion. NOVOMATIC HAVE EXPLICITLY SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT LAUNCH A TAKEOVER IF THEY GET LEN'S 53% STAKE.
I think that caps are necessary to convince the dumb money that voting 'yes' is contrary to their interests. Because saying it in lower case just didn't seem to get through.
