It looks as though he's saying to the no voters This is how it is. I've done the hard yards. I'm not going to be intimidated by holders that are looking for the quick buck.
If it doesn't go my way then it doesn't happen at all.
Interesting aspect of this will be if it is voted down then what does he do then. Give his stock to charity? If he accepts another offer he looses face.
