It's confusing that they are going in with one of the biggest in the game, the directors are saying there will be synergy's galore, going to be a great platform to sell produce into Europe and the share price is tanking.
I would have thought if it was a good deal we would be at the 2.75 level. Mr market clearly thinks otherwise.
