For the record: I've got no problem with people expressing views that are at odds with my own provided that there is some sort of rational basis for differing opinion.

Even if someone wants to be irrational, then it usually doesn't bother me too much because after all, it's no skin off my nose.

But when it IS skin off my nose (or more literally dollars out of my pocket), that is a direct result of some halfwit peddling a profoundly ridiculous agenda, then I think that calling a spade a spade is appropriate.

The simple fact of the matter is that this vote is potentially going to be a very close run thing, the Hotcopper sheep vote could swing this vote one way or the other.
