Who knows what will eventually happen here but the fact that they are still proceeding with the float which would then enable the merger to take place, is a hell of a lot better than the float being cancelled and the merger called off.
The never ending,twisting,turning drama continues.
Perhaps Clive could have a second career as a Bollywood film director.
