I agree, Cheese isn't milk. Cheese is a value added product made from milk.

However, there was statement made earlier in this thread that milk producers don't sell door to door. This may have more to do with the fact that milk doesn't get home delivered any more. (Yet another little industry that has disappeared)

There a quite a large number of biodynamic milk producers who process and sell their own milk in Australia.

And as recently as this week there was a news report of an Australian dairy farmer flouting the law by selling raw milk. It was also reported that he is constantly sold out of product.
