anyone considered the possibility that Potter has got Tullow to make an offer that raises the shareprice prior to a string of good news (eg flamant) which in turn means any other offer would have to bigger still. effectively they are raising the floor price
In the event that no other offer comes, then Tullow still get to t/o at a good price.
